For example, when we weren't sure what to order for dessert, our waiter let us try the dessert before ordering. The food was very good overall with just the fried cod pancake topper with egg being a little too salty for my liking and too chewy. I recommend the tuna steak sandwich and salmon tataki as these were both fresh and packed with rewarding flavour. I don't think you can go wrong with the amazing desserts on offer. Try your best to get a seat upstairs with a view out of the window as this kept us there for hours.

So delicious. Lovely service and fabulous cocktails, too. I’ll always think of this place.

We had the best food on our short trip to cascais at Hifen. The flavours were clearly created by someone who totally understands food. Every single plate we tried, and we tried too many and left stuffed, was a taste sensation. Our server was also awesome, and the atmosphere was buzzy and fun too. do not miss this place
