Confraria Sushi - Cascais

Há muito que queríamos visitar o Confraria, pela qualidade, frescura e corte esplêndido do peixe. Pois que gostámos e em nada ficámos desapontados. Começámos pelo couvert, uns simples palitos de cenoura e patê, para entreter enquanto esperávamos.

Talvez o melhor sushi na linha do Estoril O chefe Igor está cada vez melhor Obrg.

I have tried a lot of sushi in my life but quality price far the best very expensive , service ok , but the food is not great not to my taste ....

We have walked by this restaurant several times the last several years znd thought we give it a try this time, as it looks attractive with its outside terrace. The welcome by a hostess was underwhelming saying something like « sushi only » as we wanted to eat outside on the terrace. We were seated right away and actually found the menu was confusing, received not much help nor suggestions from the manager taking the order, granted the restaurant started to get busy. We ordered Soft Shell crab and a Shrimp with Risotto dish, found both dishes tastewise nothing special nor appealing. The service at the restaurant lacked attention and friendliness, granted the place was getting filled up. May be you have better luck next time.
