Last time I was in estoril when I was 10 and that was 50 years ago...was to be back and eat so timeless.

I first came here eons ago when it opened because it was deemed to be the best Chinese in town. Not a big surprise considering that its billionaire owner Dr. Stanley Ho brought in a chef from Hong Kong to run it. Whether or not that particular chef remains I do not know, but the dishes are as tasty now as back then. The Dim Sum lunch is probably my favorite! What make this restaurant particularly enjoyable, at least for me, is that it is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and the staff is super friendly and efficient. And while I am not trying to bash other Chinese restaurants, I have some serious concerns as to the hygiene and decor of some. The prices are not all that bad, actually quite reasonable when you consider the caliber of the place.
