Food is always delicious here and I love the view of the river. Gift shop is always fun to check out. Only downside is the hours. They close pretty early for a restaurant so you gotta come early. It’s usually closed by the time we pull into town after a day of hiking. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Absolutely delicious and affordable food with a beautiful view of the Columbia River and the Bridge of the Gods! Very good service. Great place to take the whole family. The restaurant has a very cozy and rustic decor, not like the newer places that look like you're eating in a sterile warehouse. Highly recommended! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

Whenever I travel along the gorge, this is my favorite restaurant to stop at. It has a cafeteria-style setup with typical diner food. If you're looking for healthy options, this may not be the best choice for you. The seating area offers a stunning view of the Columbia River and bridge, which is the main reason I always make a pit stop here. It's a great place to relax after a long drive. The staff is always friendly, and they offer fresh pastries. There's also a small shop next door where you can find wonderful greeting cards and gifts. The restaurant is conveniently located off the highway and the surroundings are very picturesque.

My son and I made a pit stop here on our way to fishing. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The service was average, but the view was stunning. I definitely suggest Bridgeside Yelpers to others.

Not pretentious at all. Sort of an Everyday Folks kinda place that serves good food quickly. It's got one of the best views of the Columbia Gorge and especially the BotG bridge in that area. I've been coming to this location for decades (previous owners had a cafeteria style layout. Views and food have never disappointed me all these years. Today we split their salmon patty burger they do their own salmon patty and it was very lightly fried (perhaps pan fried) but substantial. and without the fillers some places add. We're not big eaters so 1/2 the sandwich and splitting the fries that came with it was filling.

Walk in and order your food and beverage, then find a seat. I ordered the black bean burger with fries $16.00. I was surprised with the double patty with cheese. It as delicious, held together nicely, had a little guacamole on top. The fries were plentiful and fried perfectly. Our view of the river and Bridge of the God's was beautiful. There's a nice gift shop, alcoholic beverages as well as a variety of non-alcoholic and Pepsi products.

Used to love this place. Has been good food value for the money. Not anymore. Last Sunday went for breakfast. Ordered a Denver Omelette. Wanted Pancakes instead of hash browns toast. Was charged a $2 change order fee. Been was as resent as 3 weeks ago. Want I was served was the smallest omelette I have ever seen. AN ONE single pancake. Have been getting 2 in place of browns toast with no change order fee. Heard others make reference to their omelettes being short eggs filling. Taste was the same. But $17 for a tiny Denver Omelette and single small pancake. Smallest I've ever been served anywhere. We won't be driving up from Portland anymore. Eat some in town before going into the gorge for a beautiful day.

I always go for a burger, but we decided to try something different at Bridgeport. They recently rebranded, but we went for breakfast instead. The layout was changed, starting with desserts. They no longer have a self-serve option, but they make all their cakes, scones, and muffins in-house. We tried the coconut cream pie, which was delicious. For breakfast, I had the Cascade Breakfast with hash browns, eggs, and my choice of meat (I wish the pfeffer speck was a bit crispier). The multigrain toast with homemade berry jam in a soufflé cup was a hit. The service was good, and the cooks prepared our breakfast quickly and with quality.

I had a fantastic burger at this restaurant. The atmosphere is unique with Indian décor and a beautiful view of the Bridge of the Gods. There is plenty of parking available and they also sell local lamb, fresh salmon, and other local goods.

The service and food at this restaurant are worth the trip. We drove 50 miles from Vancouver to eat here and it was worth the gas. The views outside are breathtaking and the decor is charming. The older lodge has a cozy feeling. We had never been served a meal so quickly and done so well. It was quite busy on Mother's Day when we visited, but the staff was cheerful. The clam chowder was excellent and the various burgers we tried were all delicious. The Pepper Bacon Burger on May 12, 2015 was especially good, with perfectly cooked bacon. The burger was so big that we had to cut it in half to eat it. Instead of fries, we had onion rings which were tasty. The service was fast and the waiting staff were friendly. There is also a fun gift shop with amazing fudge and cute gifts for home and garden.
