Great pizza and craft beer(s), but be prepared for some sticker shock . Pricey even for the Locks. But even so, the pizza is really good.

Guess the 11 fries exactly on each plate did this place in. Cut the people go elsewhere. Hope the new owner's bring this place back to what it was. Salmon row pub. It was great then.

Stopped by Cascade Locks Ale House on a Saturday for lunch with my motorcycle club. We arrived at 11:45 but the restaurant didn't open until noon (not their fault... we should have done our research . The first thing to know is that they have a very small gravel parking area in the back. If you don't want to park on gravel or the lot is full, you have to hope to find parking on the street. The ambiance inside is pub style with a lot of wood. It was clean and tidy. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and because the inside didn't seem to have air conditioning (or it was just getting up and running since we were there right when they opened on such a warm day we opted to sit outside. You order and pay at the counter and they bring the food out to you, so if you have a larger party and everybody is paying separately, this can take a while. They gave very limited vegan and vegetarian options, but there are a few. We all ordered sandwiches except one person who ordered salad. They only had one person manning the counter and bringing the food out, and it got a little busy pretty fast so he struggled a bit to keep up. He also brought one round of food out, went back inside for several minutes (maybe to help someone at the counter? then brought another round of food out, and he ended up having to take our drink order a second time before bringing those out. We had to ask multiple times for condiments. The food was good with meal size portions (one person who arrived expecting to take food home ended up eating all of it , the tater tots were crispy, and the salad ingredients were fresh. It was nothing to write home about but tasty and satisfying, so pretty much what you'd expect from a small pub. Parking: Behind the restaurant they have a small gravel parking area. Otherwise, you have to hope for street parking. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options Free parking lot, Free street parking

A little bit of an oasis in an otherwise tourist area, George is a great host, cook, server, and is part of the atmosphere. if you don't stop and have a Caribbean sandwich then your visit is incomplete. you didn't miss much-except possibly the best sandwich in town, county, state, seriously too. thank you George, we're full and smiling...recommended and will return again, it's only a 45 minute drive.
