What Lorenza Haag doesn't like about Brigham Fish Market:
Not that impressed frankly! The other reviews gave us high expectations, maybe it was just an off day? The fried oysters weren't fresh, our server didn't wear their mask properly, and they forgot the beer that we ordered. Disappointing. View all feedback.
On this site during the visit and it was so good! the clam chowder had so good taste and did not disappoint at all. the Cajun-Holibut with chips was absolutely amazing and the service was also great. if I had such a great experience here, I can't wait to come back!
Amazing fish and chips! had family from California and went to some tourist sites this morning and stayed here for lunch. wow! talk about fresh fish and hospitable! for many years in the hospitality I am very critical in customer service and these youngs made it easy to look. they really care for each of their guests and want them to have an unforgettable time. we will surely come back and get more from the city family! great job damen!
We now found a solid fishing and chip space for our **** adventures. I have the cable and chips. It was okay. a decent teig. fairer part. not to write crazy about home. but solid. my wife has healed. I was impressed by the fish-area ratio. we could get cajun next time. the brot is not about the power, but offers a good crispy, but not greasy lead. the lachsquesadilla was loaded with smoked salmon. it ended with three meal times for my wife. we also have the smoked salmon cahowder. no speck so my peskatarian woman could have something. ridicully thick. so thick we ended it for several portions too thin and it was still delicious. no fan of koleslawin. too sharp. also not a fan of the wetars. a lot too sweet. great faster service and a lot to try next time.
Always looking for favorite fish and seafood place in whole oregon and washington landed me in brigham fish market in cascade curls. the staff is very friendly and helpful. one of the most welcoming experiences in a small shop restaurant I've ever had. before I knew it, I had a rehearsal of the salmon cahowder and two different types of smoked salmon. I usually don't like a smoked laugh, but the rehearsals let me want more. they were so good! Finally I had Halibut fish and chips that were amazing! I appreciate that they don't offer from season salmon, which makes such amazing fish and chips. this says a lot about their priority of quality. I had the simple fish fry but they also offer cajun and gluten-free. it was so light and crispy and a welcome alternative to a thick teig for a change. I don't think the fries were handcuffed, but they were perfectly cooked and were a perfect side. the koleslaw was also really good. the four stars instead of five are just because the tartaric acid was for me. but I know this is just me and my tastes. it tasted as if they use sweet pickel instead of dill, which for me is not a thing. I was happy for the lemon wedge! If you like sweeter tartaric acid, then this could be for you. highly recommended if they drive through the ****, but also not too far from portland if they want to eat various lands with a very delicious lunch.
