Located in the center of the town of Casale Monferrato, this restaurant has been run by the same family for ages. The menu offers many dishes of the traditional cuisine from Piedmont, with a few modern twists. Yesterday, we joined the Christmas lunch in this restaurant. Ambience: nice and elegant, Menu offered: average. Staff: friendly. Wine list: nothing special considering that we in the heart of the Monferrato. Service: TERRIBLE, we started at 12:45 and we finished at 15:45 for 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 main and 1 dessert!!! Waiting time between one dish and another 30 min........ This is UNACCEPTABLE!! View all feedback.

We stayed in the hotel and it was very convenient to walk across the courtyard into the restaurant. It was a quiet night and except for another table we had the place to ourselves. There was a nice fire crackling in the chimney. We ate Piedmont specialties: thin pasta pillows and oxtail with an excellent polenta. We drank house Barbera. It was an relaxing evening with good food and service. Whitebeard83
Excellent food. Fantastic octopus on the starter, and great selection of pastas and risotto. We had a delicious lunch. Will be back for sure again
We went to La Torre twice while we were in Casale Monferrato. The food was cooked by the waiters wife and they had owned the restaurant for many years. The food was of the region
Had lunch there today antipasti was great followed by light pasta with mushrooms. Plus a bottle of dolcetto and nebbiolo to go with the food. Thank you!
