Wonderful peaceful outdoor seating. Prompt service. Complimentary breads with our vino.

In the heart of the village of Casale Marittimo, Dosaggio Zero is much more than a restaurant: it's a sensory experience that combines elegance, authenticity, and a passion for raw materials. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, with a contemporary style that blends perfectly with Tuscan charm. Every detail is tastefully curated, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere without ever being forced. The cuisine is a journey between tradition and innovation: dishes that express the local area with creativity and respect. Authentic flavors, select ingredients, and meticulous presentation make each course a small masterpiece. From appetizers to desserts, everything is designed to surprise without ever losing balance. The real highlight is the wine selection: extensive, refined, and guided by an expertise that shines through in every recommendation. Here, wine doesn't simply accompany the meal; it complements and enhances it. The service is impeccable: attentive, professional, and never intrusive. You feel cared for, but with the right amount of discretion, as it should always be.

Incredible meal experience. The details! Each course was an explosion of flavors. The salted caramel ice cream was the highlight. The ice cream is made of raw milk and you can really taste it.

We came in, asked for a table for 4 and were told they were full. Then we found an empty table, missing 1 chair and repeatedly asked whether we could sit and dine. Waiter kept saying full and ignored our presence. They were not really full, but obviously the staff didn't bother to serve us. Bad experience. We already tried Tavern nearby, which was better.

Excellent natural wines, friendly staff, delicious food, and open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner. Staff and owner are helpful for wine selection (also selling bottles to go, and accommodating with families with small children.
