Dairy Queen - Casa Grande

Immediately after the church and before the arrival of the monsoon towers we drove inside and ordered 2 milkshakes with whip cream. they are soou good, I'll go back next Wednesday.

My family and I love Dairy Queen but this location always disappoints, but we gave them another chance tonight I have 5 kids wanting ice cream.when we drove up and asked for ice cream blizzards the girl on the speaker said that the ice cream was going to be runny and if that was OK. When we asked,runny like a milk shake? they acted like they didn't understand our question,she kept leaving us in silence.We are there buying a product and if there's a problem with that product it's on you to make me understand the problem,and what I'll be spending my hard earned money on.Don't act like it's my fault you can't articulate the situation.She really just kept ignoring our questions about the ice cream like if we're suppose to know what that meant, I mean who wants runny ice cream,she finally said the ice cream would spill out the cup.why would you sell me that. Just say your machine is broke or something don't have me pay for that. We will not be stopping at this location again ..

I never knew they offered a cherry flavored dipped soft serve ice cream cone Wholly Cow it was delicious!!! Clean restaurant, super friendly staff, I encourage everyone locally to stop by this place to enjoy a cool, refreshing snack.

I ordered two ice cream treats and cheese curds through the drive thru. I paid for and received the ice cream and was told to park and they 'd bring the curds to me. Almost 15 minutes later no curds. When I went inside there was a bag sitting on the counter. I explained how long I had been waiting to one bewildered person then a second person came to the counter and I again explained how long I had been waiting for cheese curds. She then opened the bag sitting on the counter, pulled out a receipt and said, a regular order of cheese curds? . I said yes . To which she closed the bag and pushed it towards me. No apology, no other words. Just pushed the bag with an expressionless quiet face. To which I tlited my head and said really? Then the robotic apology and I 'm not part of the drive thru..... blah blah. I tossed the cold curds in the trash on the way out the door. It wasn 't worth making a fuss over because the level of idgaf customer service is off the charts at this place.

Great fast food but our order took almost 15 minutes as we waited in parking lot with AC running due to 110 Temps. Overall we love this DQ!
