Yuri Japanese - Cary

The service at this restaurant was excellent! We were seated right away and our waitress kept our drinks filled. I decided to try the tonkatsu with rice and was impressed by the generous portion size. It was very tasty! My partner ordered a hand roll combo that also looked delicious. While the food was a bit pricey, we may return in the future to give their sushi a try.

When I crave authentic and delicious sushi, I choose Yuri. The ambiance is soothing, and the food is consistently fresh. I have been a loyal patron for years, and the quality of the food and the friendly professionalism of the service have never wavered. I particularly appreciate that this is a sushi restaurant that has not been overly commercialized, offering authentic appetizers and drinks. Their lunch specials are fantastic and bursting with flavor. I will definitely be coming back here time and time again!

The eel sauce has a flavor reminiscent of barbecue paste, while the yum yum sauce has a unique thick texture. The sushi roll was wrapped perfectly, but skip the sauce next time!

We have been coming to this restaurant since 2011 and the quality of the fish has always been top-notch. The way they season the rice is perfect and the tempura flakes are always fresh. The avocado is never brown. I highly recommend everything from the sushi and kitchen menu. Their miso soup is also superior. The ginger dressing is delicious as well. The service is always great. This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. I have lived in New York City, traveled extensively, and consider myself a food lover, so I do not praise this restaurant lightly. The sushi here is incredibly fresh and delicious! If you're looking for something more adventurous, the Cary Parkway Roll is fantastic! The owner, Thomas, takes pride in everything here. The atmosphere is spotless, the staff are friendly, and if you haven't tried and loved their sushi, you are missing out!
