But more importan... read more Dine at your own risk here! Thought I would grab a quick burger and was horrified to see that the cashier in drive thru wasn't wearing a mask. But more importantly, he wasn't wearing gloves as he touched my fries! We are in the middle of a pandemic! Come on people, you have to do better! Called the manager and I was told that they are not mandated by Wendy's corporate to wear gloves or masks. Not looking to get a side of COVID-19 with my dining experience so I'm passing on this place from now on.

My assumption was that it wa... read more SOPHIA and CARLOS Both had a nasty attitude because online there is a party pack but doesn’t show how many nuggets are in the pack. My assumption was that it was 20 nuggets like all other Wendy’s I’ve been to for my three small kids. Sophia was very rude and so was Carlos in a very aggressive manner. I asked why I had to wait for an online order and she said we don’t just have 50 nuggets laying around. Smart mouth and still doesn’t make sense it wasn’t prepared when we pulled up as the order was placed 15 mins prior to our arrival. The line was clear and they pulled us up to fry the 50 nuggets. Sophia called Dolse’ and she stated I had to cancel the order on the app which is fine but there was no option so she basically said there was nothing they could do and she knows nothing about the online system. It puzzled me the GM didnt know about a system that’s used everyday in their restaurant. Although it may be done through a third party or they may not manage that system she and her staff should have some knowledge of the BASICS. Lastly there was a kid sitting in the restaurant while their parent was working. Very unprofessional place and I should have just spent a bit more and ditched the fast food. Do BETTER Horrible experience Update: Dolce called me and took care of my issues and I’m grateful that she care enough to do so. Flies were everywhere, my father's fries were cold, my fries were lukewarm, and the counter staff overcharged us for the Takis bag INCLUDED in the Fuego Chicken meal. Only $0.35, but also tried short-changing us for fries, plus the soda fountain was broken with all of the soda being flat, along with no ice, with several options on the machine being out. What happened? I have no idea. Would not recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
