Nick is a really nice guy who is very interested in ensuring that people have an excellent time. He loves his wine, travels to find interesting bottles and is more than willing to share that information with his customers. The whole staff are great. The food is excellent and I just really love that during the day, the place is a meat market/butcher. Tapas Calpe is a treasure for Cary, IL. It brings fresh ingredients together for an ever changing menu. Good food, good prices, great staff. I love this place! They occasionally have special wine dinners too.
