This place is amazing! I had no idea it was so close to where we live. The chicken and egg wheel dish was absolutely delicious. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 bowls of ramen, extra eggs, and 2 drinks. It came out to about $30 per person after tipping, which was very reasonable. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and the owner even approached us to ask about our meal. We have been here about 6 times over the last year. Tonight 1 of our meals was terrible and only took about 4 bites. Once the waiter finally came around, we were ready to leave by the time he came by, we told him about the poor dish. They offered to take off 50% which I guess is better than nothing. Staff was friendly, and the service was good. Basic decor. Ramen was okay. The chashu was okay and the tonkatsu was okay. The boiled egg was okay. The noodles were basic and okay. However, the tonkotsu stock was amazing. Best I've had in the area. A lot of time and effort went into this broth. I know. I've made it a number of times and this one is no joke. Not too salty and full of flavor. Well crafted. I am so coming back to this place again. Parking: Easy to get to off of Rt 14 and plenty of parking
Never open very strange hours food is mediocre at best not going to try to accommodate their hours or wait times
