After ordering food I was told to pull up to the mobile order area since the spicy chicken sandwich is not ready and they will bring out the food. Well, I waited another 10 minutes and no one brought the food. I had to walked in to ask for my order. Very bad customer service and will not go back.

He cracks the win... read more 2nd time visiting this specific location . Food was great . I have to say I don’t really like the guy in the drive thru who takes the orders . He cracks the windows so it’s hard to order and hard to hear him no smile and when I asked for extra sauce because I love y’all’s honey mustard he said “it’s not about paying for them we’re just low on sauce” . Funny because when u got to the pick up window the young lady was so energetic with a great smile I asked her how many sauce she could give me she responded “how ever many you’d like “ which was surprising considering the meanie at the first window told me I could only have 3 …. Replace the guy in the first window as a cook or back of house employee because I don’t think he’s right for customer service . Good was great as always

Have learned to double check bag before leaving, usually one item needs to be corrected. Continue to go here regularly and will continue to stop in.Food: 4/5

However, my wife wasn't as pleased with her grilled chicken salad, which consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce and didn’t impress her much.

The grilled chicken was overly salty, almost inedible, and looked more like a chicken patty than grilled chicken, which was strange. The dressing tasted like nothing but vinegar and salt, ruining the entire salad. The only things I enjoyed were the cucumbers, tomatoes, and hummus. The rest of the salad ended up being thrown away. For $10, this salad was a major letdown.
