I wish it was not just a business, but also a hotel, so I would move there and spend my whole free time there too. everything is so great that the right one would be a 10 star review, but google is not prepared yet.

My own young sister was playing with a plant and he yelled at her - she is only 7 years old! He then proceeded to ask us to leave the shop and told my parents to take care of their children. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Maybe if he had experience raising children or understanding how they behave, he would not have yelled at her and made her cry. This type of rude behavior is why this establishment is receiving poor reviews. I have worked in customer service at Starbucks and I know how to handle difficult customers, even if they are rude. My father also owns a local shop and has dealt with children breaking things, but he never yells because he understands that kids can be immature. This man needs to learn proper customer service skills and stop making excuses for his behavior.

He already had his excuses ready even before we could order the food. And talking about the food, please stop claiming that you serve authentic bengali food. None of your items tasted anything closer to the food you get in Bengal. My suggestion send your chef for a trip to West Bengal so that you can run the business delivering better tasting dishes.
