Nothing bad about this place wonderful people I just like a few other places better... also pulling out of the driveway at this location is very dangerous... I advise making a right out.... but food is solid and staff is great View all feedback.
What Ash A doesn't like about La Cocina Mexican Cary:
If you like good Mexican food, don’t come here. They completely messed up one of the most basic menu items (ACP) and required me to drive back there for a refund. I offered pictures but they wouldn’t accept. Instead I got dry chicken and rice, with no cheese. They think people have the time to drive back and forth during their lunch break because of their error. View all feedback.

I have been to this restaurant many times, has always been enjoyable, but today I have had a different experience. The service was good, friendly and prompt. The chips were not warm and crispy, but stale and tasteless. A hair was found in our Salsa?, so that was the end of salsa eating. My sister and father’s entree’s were ok by their opinion. I was disappointed that my tacos had stale tasteless shells, and the filling was just ok. I will not be returning here, the hair in the Salsa is something I can’t get over, GROSS ?. Stale chips at a Mexican restaurant? Really?
They got the drink order wrong twice. The food was just okay No favors
Went with family of 7 for dinner on a Friday evening. La Cocina offers standard a few traditional Mexican dishes. Food was very good. Above average. Salsa was excellent. Great service! However atmosphere a little dark. At least at our table. Nonetheless La Cocina is well worth trying. Reasonably priced. Generous portions. Parking: Easy.
Ordered take out and had to throw it away because it tasted expired.
