The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the sandwiches were fantastic. I would rate the food 5 out of 5!

Typically, I have a fantastic experience here. The staff is wonderful, but this time the bread was old and stale, there wasn't much meat, and the salad was soggy, which is unusual for this place. I ended up leaving most of it uneaten. However, I plan to return soon.

I ordered a meal for delivery, and it took over 45 minutes to arrive, despite the fact that the restaurant is less than a quarter mile away. I opted for delivery because I couldn’t pick it up myself. After waiting 30 minutes, I called to check on my order, and the man who answered kindly informed me that the driver had left. However, after another 15 minutes with no sign of the driver, I called again. I understand that they can be busy, but the same man answered with a poor attitude, responding dismissively when I expressed my concern about the delay. I mentioned that I’ve always found their service to be fast, and being condescended to as a customer when there are issues with timing is simply not good customer service. On a positive note, they promised to refund my entire order, so I’ll wait to see if that actually happens. I really wanted to enjoy my experience at this place, and I hope they provide better training for their staff in the future.

This place used to make a great service, fast and never a mistake with an order. for this we have ordered several times a week from them. in the last months it has gone completely downhill, sandwiches come with burned brot and the order is always wrong. ordering also often go for the delivery status for an hour to a time. If you complain that your sandwich is wrong, they tell you that it is not their problem!

The person serving me did not even bother to bag my sandwich. He told me the bags are there for me to do it myself. Unexeptable.
