For a five-star restaurant, the service was surprisingly inconsistent. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, it took over 10 minutes for us to receive water, and another 10 minutes just to get a glass of wine. We also had to contend with an inconsiderate guest who talked on the phone loudly and on speaker for an extended period. To be honest atmosphere is excellent! I was speechless, the presentation of dishes spectacular!I think biggest area they should work is customer service! Starting with a host. She assumed that I am a Mrs of person I was attending dinner, however gentleman was my business partner ! This is highly unprofessional to make assumptions that I am a wife of a person I am coming with for a dinner!!!! That irritates and have unpleasant experience because they put you in very uncomfortable situation!!!! And number two server’s definitely had knowledge about food but they were standing over our shoulders and looking from corner if we finished our meal! I constantly see minimum 5 servers sneaking on us from the corner!!! I felt that I was out under microscope and that someone always looking at us!this makes you very uncomfortable.they rush you to eat and try to attempt take plates from you when you haven’t even finished! So unprofessional! Also if they are so highly trained they should know by placement of table silverware if I completed my meal or not! Four times they tried to grab a plate before I even finished it . Again as I said amazing food, quality of food and atmosphere but customer service should be improved

The Crab Benedict was delicious. The hollandaise sauce really enhanced and married all of the different flavors in this dish together. The crunchy softness of the tomato was also something I’ve never experienced before. We tried out some of the desserts from the brunch menu. My favorite had to be the layered cake. It reminded me of the essence of birthday cake without the over sweetness from the frosting. A delectable bite that had me reaching for more. The staff provided outstanding service from the moment we walked in, with warm greetings and attentive care throughout the meal. Every detail, from timely refills to thoughtful menu recommendations, made the brunch experience truly memorable. I am already excited to try out their lunch and dinner menus. Finally tried the High Tea at Herons. It was a lovely setting, including a harpist. Several tables overlooked the lush woods and pond. The food was a sophisticated twist on a British cream team. The selection as teas was plentiful and everyone seemed to find something they enjoyed. The bread on the finger sandwiches had sat out for a while and was borderline stale. Everything else was delicious. The jams were perfect with the scones and clotted cream. The desserts were rich and decent. A lovely place to celebrate the day or a special occasion.
