This place is highly inconsistent in its’ delivery of a simple coffee order.DD, across the board is consistent, but this is the worst drive through I’ve experienced.(CV19) I live a mile down the road and visit here weekly and have waited a year to post my opinion but I’ve had enough.There was trouble with the computer today and the manager explained just that and turned away. Had she asked, I was a one-coffee order, only. The poor girl that came after her tried her best to offer me a free coffee and couldn’t get the skim and sweetener correct. Asked twice if it was iced coffee. Mgt and ownership need to get it together.

When I told them it was just milk and caramel they said it was no it?s espresso, I never seen white coffee before. Then they just chuckled about it, I would recommend hiring qualifiedstaff or invest in some better training. Will not be back

We were charge... read more Probably not going there again. I ordered two pumpkin chais And was told their espresso machine was down. I said we didn?t order espresso drinks. We were charged for espresso drinks they handed us two bags of food when we ordered one sandwich and thesandwich was frozen. Every time we go it takes at least 20 minutes for them to get our orders wrong, overcharged, undercooked orburned. The staff are all under 18 and don?t even know what English muffins are even though their signature sandwiches areEnglish muffins.
