What shotgun gaming dislikes about Cava:
On September 14th at 7:45pm, the general manager at this restaurant was extremely rude while working the line. He physically threw my food into the bowl and his attitude was very disappointing. Another gentleman working there was also rude when I didn't hear him, giving me a minimal portion of rice and lettuce before angrily throwing my bowl to the GM. The food is tasty and the service is quick. However, the restaurant has dirty tables and a leaking beverage fridge. The tables were never cleaned during our visit, and the trash cans were overflowing. I even ended up with soggy shoes from water leaking from the fridge up front. Despite the cleanliness issues, the chicken rice bowl had a delicious mix of flavors. The food is good, but the restaurant could use some attention to cleanliness.
I wish there was a restaurant like this in Tampa! The food was incredibly fresh with plenty of healthy options. Everything was delicious and well-seasoned. If you enjoy build-your-own bowl style restaurants, you must give this place a try. The fresh drinks were also excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. The customer service was top-notch as well.
This Cava location is simply fantastic! I have been to several locations, but the customer service at this particular one is outstanding. The staff is always attentive and friendly, especially Pam who is amazing and always has a smile on her face. Their customer service is truly award-winning. I always enjoy coming here and the food is consistently delicious.
