What Miguelm Martinez doesn't like about Cary M Sushi:
Some plates are great, some plates are OK. Wait staff could be better trained to give good insights into what to order or how to substitute if they are out of something. People doing omakase and high end fish plates usually like to taste new things. The restaurant was out of a lot of things. We ordered nigiri samplers, crudos, and sashimi pieces.
