We only discovered this when we inqu... read more I waited 45 minutes for my order, and the only employee responsible for checking orders ended up giving it to someone else. We only discovered this when we inquired about the status of our order. It was literally his one job. To make matters worse, he made a rude comment about how it’s just a gamble in a free market. That’s not an appropriate response when a customer is upset and hasn’t received their order. The food is usually good, but the staff could use some improvement.

However, a woman who came in after me insisted on being served immediately, and she received her milkshake almost right away while I had to wait a bit longer. On a positive note, the veggie burger was delicious, and my boyfriend's chicken tenders were really good too.

The place felt quite sticky, and I noticed there was no hand sanitizer in their numerous dispensers, nor was there any soap in the bathroom. While the food is g... read more The place felt quite sticky, and I noticed there was no hand sanitizer in their numerous dispensers, nor was there any soap in the bathroom. While the food is generally quite good, the cleanliness of the restaurant raises concerns about how sanitary the food might be. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly nice.
