Bruegger's Bagels - Cary

We arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 on Sunday, the 12th, and found a long line with only a few people making sandwiches. Eventually, we were called to the counter where we assumed the manager took our order. She was easy to talk to and even under pressure, she kept her composure. She suggested we get combos with our sandwiches and checked us out on the tablet. When we finished, she even offered to pack our bagels for us to take with us. It was the best experience we've had at this restaurant, despite the longer wait. She, and everyone there, did a great job!

The bagel at this restaurant is extremely delicious. It is soft, fluffy, and airy with a variety of toppings and fresh ingredients. Although the bagel seemed a bit small, the taste makes up for it. The staff is very friendly.
