I arrived at work and to my surprise my entire order was wrong... read more I visited this location on 11/10/2022. I placed my order through the drive thru and went to work. I arrived at work and to my surprise my entire order was wrong. I drove back to the restaurant and went inside. I explained to Deanna and Shanika that myorder was wrong. These wonderful ladies who did not play a role in my order being incorrect not only remade my order but theywent above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied before leaving again. They also apologized for the inconvenienceand they were so polite and professional. They are wonderful. I appreciate these two ladies I am happy that they both werethere that day. I left with a smile on my face.

Less than one star would have been more accurate, my biggest issue isn't even the terrible customer service and constant orders that are wrong, BUT the fact the... read more Less than one star would have been more accurate, my biggest issue isn't even the terrible customer service and constant orders that are wrong, BUT the fact they get my order wr AFTER I've dug thru the box, they take my box, remove the food out my bus andput it back into the serving trays to be given to the next customer!!!! They don't know where my hands were before touching thatfood!!!! I didn't even want to eat after seeing this, and it's sadly, not even the first time.... they better tighten up

Breakfast sandwiches where good but my rice was just that, no sausage and dry. I would've understood if I was told before purchasingthat the dirty rice recipe had changed but I was expecting the dirty rice with all of the ingredients that makes adifference). I know someone will think this is petty but when you place an order through the drive-thru you would expect it tobe right. Just to get to your destination and it's wrong and you can't take it back and you can't get a refund. Do betterBojangles, customer service is already below average everywhere you go..????????????
