Feedback
Bojangles has garnered mixed reviews, reflecting a divide in the customer experience. While some patrons highlight exceptional service and consistently delicious food, others express frustration over order inaccuracies and cleanliness issues. Many appreciate the friendly staff, especially in the drive-thru, where long wait times are often overlooked thanks to helpful employees. However, complaints about disorganized handling of orders and inadequate attention to customer needs persist. Overall, Bojangles remains a go-to for those craving comfort food, but improvements in service and consistency would elevate the dining experience significantly.
For a worst crushed soggy steak sandwich ever the best I could eat a few bites was my meal in the ground fries and a limonade. You hate your life and your work, but why do I have to pay for it? and they made me and the customers wait all five seconds to repent for us, ever coming on the journey thru, so forget her!
I appreciate the hard work that the almost food service workers have. it is often grateful and people are sometimes idiots, no matter what they do. but not all. can they please put the biscuits and the bo rounds in the pocket? and when the next customer comes: put the keks and the bo rounds in the pocket. (don't forget the bo rounds next customer: put the cookies and the -they guess it bo round in the pocket. Watch out for you. work hard. do your best. if they do this dinge, hard work, they put the Bo-rounds in the pocket, they could move, notice and go far. so please, put the Bo-rounds with the keks and good things will come to them one day. peace. and remember it can not be bo time without rounding with the cookie.
I ordered a 3 piece meal and it was pretty fast. Eating was just kind of warm and not hot and chicken was not crispy.
We used the drive-thru and the staff was friendly. Our orders were right in the money. And our food was hot, prepared fresh. After a long day of work it hit the spot.
Went to Bojangles today on Winston Hill around 3:45pm and the service was horrible.I was behind Another person and we both waited for 15 mins if not longer They were obviously short staffed but that?s not the issue I watched how manager treated thecustomer who patiently waited as well as me The customer finally gets to order after 15 mins then had to wait another 10 minsto get his food the manager never apologized for waiting and was slamming things his whole attitude needs adjusted We we?re allwaiting patiently and not one time did the manager say I am sorry for the wait I will be with you in a moment or Thank you forwaiting I understand the short staff and longer wait times but this lack of common courtesy and respect for those who chooseto spend their money in your establishment is unacceptable I watched how this guy was treated and he never said anythingunpleasant he even thank them for their hard work the manger didn?t even say your welcome he just kept on making Drive throughsdrink orders and ignoring the rest of us in line by this time it was 3 others including me I ended up leaving because I knewif this was how customer service was going to be and it was not going to end well and I will not spend my money where a thankyou and common courtesy is an afterthought! zero stars!!!!!
