I explained that I understand concerns around food safety, especially since I’ve seen some chaotic situations, but I assured her I had no intention of eating anyone else's order. She took her time preparing the order and even mentioned that she doesn’t rush for anyone and that she feels tips should be shared because she prepped the food. I found her treatment of the trainee, in particular, unprofessional when she snatched the order from his hands. I sincerely hope this isn’t how she interacts with customers, as it would leave a negative impression. Aside from that, I do enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts and particularly love their new pecan iced latte!

The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the donuts!
