Hardee’s - Carthage

This was my very first time trying this place and I gotta say the grilled chicken sandwich was %100 delicious also a huge sandwich ? I'll definitely be back once I get paid ?

Good burgers but go to McDonald's for the drink only a dollar

Went thru the drive thru using coupons and the little girl says I'll give you your total when you get to the window. Get to the window and I hand her my card waiting for her to get my coupons and she immediately puts it in the card reader to pay for my order without putting my coupons in and when I waved at her to stop her she apologized and said she could give me a refund and do the order over using the coupons I TOLD HER I HAD and even read off to her when I ordered. Some other lady came to the window and said she already charged your card $31.00 and to just use the coupons next time!!??!! She said I didn't give her my coupons when she asked for them!!?? ??? She didn't ask for them!! She didn't say anything... The lady said, of well it's her 2nd day working... I don't care if she's been there a year! Then that lady gets smart with me!! Man..... very professional! Maybe these new kids you're hiring should have better training and know to get the coupons BEFORE charging the customer!! And the other employees should NOT be getting smart with customers that's literally trying to explain the situation!! I did see the manager walk over and as soon as he got to the window the lady told him it was figured out as she quickly shut the drive thru window. ?

Well food and people are pretty great but if you aren't kosher with extreme condiments on your sandwich order like cuz they come slathered in ketchup and mustard or at the big cheeseburger does. 4 napkins worth of wiping.

Fast service, food was hot and fresh and the order was complete and as ordered.
