Since then, trips have changed their high-time packages, prices and caterers 3 times. their package is now completely different from what we have agreed, but they refuse to refund our deposit. the owner ana, is extremely slow to react and if we get an answer, it is very impersonal, does not treat any of the questions we have put, and is open rude in ton. that's such a scandal. trips is a breathtaking place, and to their credit, some of the colleagues of ana were very helpful. but we have lost 1000€ and ruined our high time. avoid them at all costs and spend their money with a company worth their business.

A few days ago I made a reservation on your website for a restless dinner located on the club sleeve, on 23/09/21. that was confirmed by email. what was our surprise when we introduced ourselves last night at the place, and we found it closed, with a sign that it was closed for holidays. We call the phone number that is contained in the email, without obtaining any answers. It seems shameful that your website will allow you to make reservations for the dates when the restaurant will remain closed, and that you do not have the decency to notify customers.
