However... read more The cashier was friendly, and my food arrived hot, especially the chili, which is my favorite item from Wendy's. The restaurant and restroom were clean. However, I did notice a downside common to many fast food establishments: many of the employees primarily speak Spanish among themselves. Even during customer orders, they often interrupt the cashier with questions, which makes it hard for them to concentrate. I believe that employees should be encouraged to communicate in English during work hours, saving their native language for breaks and outside of work. I've seen that McDonald's has similar issues, with managers also communicating in Spanish with staff. This is America, and I think it's important to prioritize English in the workplace.

Now they have no choice but to go through the dri... read more It's 9:45 PM, and they closed the front entrance while many people are still waiting for their orders outside. Now they have no choice but to go through the drive-thru, even though they advertised carry-out. I wouldn't recommend this place. The management is even more disappointing; they ignore customers asking for help because they’re confused about the carry-out process.

The manager, Viviana, was unprofessional, and the staff were inefficient and unapologetic. The issues seem to start at the corporate level. It felt like they found their job very difficult. Saying "No problem" isn’t the same as "You’re welcome" or "Thank you!"
