What Albert B dislikes about Subway:
The girl told me she'd charge me for the sub once it was finished. I asked politely if I could be charged now while it was being made. Either way, I'm waiting for the sub to be prepared, so just go ahead and charge me. That way, when it's done, I can head to class without being late. View all feedback.

I have visited this restaurant several times and have consistently encountered rude staff. I didn't expect overly friendly service, but a smile would have been nice. In particular, the short Hispanic female staff member was quite unwelcoming. This is something that the store or regional manager should address. Employees like this can seriously harm Subway's otherwise fresh and friendly image!
That's my third time this has happened to me and every time I come I feel like when he see me coming or see people coming. He just want to go on break instead of getting out of the way Check your coworker like it's raining sitting in a parking lot for 30 min by myself

Night service is absolutely HORRENDOUS and the average wait time is a ridiculous 45 minutes because there's only one person and they're fulfilling online ordersIf you order online there's a good chance you'll get to the store and your order hasn't been made eitherThis location MUST have two people working nights (one doing online orders only and the other helping walk ins) or they will lose customersWith an average price of $15 for a single person it's not worth waiting 45 minutes when you can just make a great sandwich at home for less than $10
