Reviews - Jamba
Reviews summary
This juice-and-smoothie spot delivers bright, natural flavors and nostalgic smoothies, plus a well-made açaí bowl — though portions can be small. Expect a broad menu but steep prices and occasional slow, inconsistent service; ordering can be confusing and some locations have reduced footprints. Experiences vary by site: some staff are excellent, others display poor professionalism and refund handling. Good for post-workout refreshments or a sweet throwback treat, but plan for potential delays and menu limitations late in the day.
Was Darron Crooks at Jamba a mag?
I visited the Jamba Juice location in Carson/Avalon on June 19, 2019, and I was quite disappointed to see that one of my favorite Jamba Juice stores had been downsized to make room for a well-known clothing store. What Ruby martinez dislikes about Jamba:
I hate the customer service here…They won’t greet you, or ask for your name when picking up orders… it’s like they try to avoid you as much as possible … View all feedback.

The ordering process was quite confusing, as it was difficult to distinguish between those who were in line to order and those who had already placed their orders.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance. The girl with braids was really laid-back. I appreciate you accommodating my late order. I will definitely come back.

Fantastic restaurant with amazing flavors, excellent customer service, and affordable prices for our community members.
This place is a perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink after a workout, with a wide variety of options full of natural flavors. However, be aware that the prices are quite high; even a simple orange juice will cost you around $10 for a regular-sized cup. I also tried the Açaí bowl, which was delicious but a bit small. I found the prices to be quite steep overall, and the service was incredibly slow during my visit, which contributed to a frustrating experience.
I visit this restaurant frequently and have never encountered any issues until now. Tonight, I decided to order a late-night snack—specifically, a primo bowl. After placing my order online, I received a call from someone at the restaurant informing me that they had stopped making bowls an hour before closing, so I wouldn’t be able to get the order I had already paid for. To make matters worse, she told me there was nothing I could do to get my money back. Huh? I can’t get my bowl, and I can’t even get a refund?! I’m never coming back here again.
