I requested no ice in my drink and ended up with a cup that was only filled 2/3 of the way, as the portion that should have been filled with ice was empty. Despite paying extra for our order, we did not receive what we paid for.

I've been mixing cookies and cream and there are big pieces of ice in there. very high quality chocolate sugar syrup. boba itself is okay, something too soft and not warm. almost $8 is not worth it at all. fast is boba or ding tea near much better. service and parking are good.
