Quality Director needs to be replaced! Bread is always short or bread is delivered raw.
My husband and I recently had dinner at Pelican Hill Resort and it was delightful, especially the bread rolls. I inquired with the waiter if they were house-made and he informed me they were from Giuliano's Bakery. Needless to say, I have done some research and am eager to try their new Keto line!
The restaurant staff were extremely unprofessional, with some employees waiting up to four or even five hours before getting a break. There were also serious sanitation issues and problems with employee paychecks. Additionally, there was a lack of variety in the menu offerings at this establishment.
I have worked at this restaurant for several years and I am extremely happy. The owners are generous and genuinely care for their employees. Any negative remarks from former staff are likely a result of their own efforts. It's impossible to please everyone, but I am excited for many more years with this company.
