Don 't think I will ever go back because of the way they handledthat...
We have always been highly impressed with this restaurant. The staff is hardworking and dedicated, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious! Despite being a young team, they all perform exceptionally well!
The portions at this restaurant are very small. They charge an additional $1.25 for shrimp but only provide six pieces. The plates look almost empty, and they try to spread the food out to give the appearance of a larger serving.
The customer service was severely lacking. The heavyset Caucasian woman with blue eyes was extremely rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes, made a snide remark to her coworker, and laughed while my wife was trying to place her order. My wife, who is pregnant, needed to change her side dish because her initial choice was making her feel nauseous. It was absolutely unacceptable. They really need to improve their staff.
I ordered a medium portion of Honey Walnut Shrimp for $13.40, and I was disappointed to find that it was only half-filled. While I understand that portion sizes can vary, this was simply unacceptable. On the other hand, the container of Orange Chicken I received was overflowing and barely closed, held together with just a sticker. The significant difference in portion sizes for the price is both ridiculous and unacceptable. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but the shrimp portion felt like a complete rip-off.
