This restaurant seems more focused on cutting costs than on retaining customers. I ordered through Uber Eats and paid for extra cheese, expecting four slices layered on the top and bottom. Instead, they crumbled just one triangle of American cheese and scattered it on the sandwich. Normally I have no problems ordering from them but I had their delivery driver call me with the worst connection and proceeded to get on his bike and begin driving with me still on the phone call. I kept saying “I honestly can’t hear you properly” for then to get a notification that they tried to deliver my order 5 minutes after he phoned me. No attempt was made as I have been stood at the window the entire time. I saw no deliveroo drivers or motorocylists. We are also on a main road Then I check on Deliveroo and it says it’s been “delivered” I have called the shop over and over again with no response yet they are still open until 22:00
We all know what Subway is about it's not the cheapest, but it's certainly not the most expensive. For me it's brilliant to have somewhere that you can choose exactly what you want to have in your food but this is all about the company. The staff at this shop are fantastic! Really helpful, really friendly, always happy to stop and have a chat and it doesn't feel forced. Not a bad word to say about this branch brilliant!
Went here on the 30/11/21 at about half 5 and got an entire (fallen appart) foot long for free from this cool employee guy. hey it might have been way over stuffed and one of the worst sandwiches i have ever had, with bearly any of the ingredients i liked, but hey it was free and the employees were friendly and chill
Food was wrong food not toasted the staff here are lazy and iv never received a fully correct order from them
Nice people in here, as they no longer do tge chilli cheese he added a bunch of chilli flakes and it worked well, their idea too not mine.
