Domino's Pizza Carseldine Qld

Bravo, finally has a decent pizza of domino. many thanks to a martin who has made my order today. hot, delicious and well cooked. great work martin.

Ordered a 2 take away pizzas and a garlic bread as a “quick” meal tonight, went and did some shopping then went back to collect, was advised by 1 of the at least 6 staff members working that it was just coming… They had trouble with the oven and a whole batch was burnt (not a problem if they communicated with the many customers waiting for their orders, we all understand… , however this took near on an hour to correct and no word from staff, disappointed that the Manager did not step in and communicate with the customers who were all waiting without complaining. Then they gave our garlic bread to another customer and we had to wait again for this too cook!! Very poor communication and customer service. This is not what locals expect or deserve. Please train your staff in GOOD customer service, this is not acceptable. We will not be returning.

Ordered around 10pm, knowing they closed at 11pm. Order never arrived. No courtesy call to let me know. I'm hungry man, this sucks.

Left food outside house for delivery without contacting me by phone, my contact details are on thr door and also were correct when placing the order. Your website states that you will contact by phone number when delivered. I phoned the store up and said that the driver only needed to knock which is a terrible method for notification.
