However, the night before my event, they called to inform me that the delivery had been canceled and the flowers were being sent back to India, leaving me with no options. Initially, they offered a refund, but I didn’t have my card on me at that moment. When I called back later, a rude woman named Chanthra not only refused to issue the refund but also falsely claimed that they had contacted me to say the flowers had arrived. I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my life. I strongly advise against relying on this shop for your floral needs—it’s absolutely shocking how rude and dishonest their staff can be.

Since then, it has come to a great deal with many changes, major risks and to create new heights; the administration of this site wants to make clear that they are just beginning. this also leads them to open a caffe only one via the street of this business. a risky movement, but I'm glad these youngs work it. Even the well-known super iga is nervous about these young, you know that you do everything right when the well-known companies are afraid of you. but it has not only put all its gelder on the new caffe over the street, but also some upgrades in the load. it is still this old Indian load we all know and love, but now became bigger and began to pack more items that and new items too. the biggest highlight for this place is the location, as it still has more competition, but this place does not fear it very much. The biggest disadvantage I found is that with all the decorations and accessories, it really cramped in and often very a challenge move around without overshoting something. also, I know that with the construction of their new caffe and stuff that is great and everything, but in the load they have sorta this empty unused space that just there, yes thye have placed some dinge there, but there are still some unused space, and do not forget to clean it up a little. I also think they should have more employees. on a busy day there would be a massive line, although they have built 4 stations for cash, most of the time there is only one bank there. this is very stupid, especially at a busy day, as it shy customers from the shopping here. they put themselves in the shoes of the customer; they go into a load to buy something, they see a massive line and only a cash box at the station, what would they do? I'd change my mind and shop elsewhere. honestly, so much I love that this place expands and testifies, but I would still have loved it if this place houses another restaurant or business or something. something like iga has lenard’s; I don’t misunderstand that they extend, but I also liked it that I would do my shopping and then relax and have something to eat in a place instead of going over the street. overall, it is a great place to visit for everything and quite everything indians. If you make an Indian dish, this place is perfect. I really want to give this place a 5-star rating as I feel that it does justice, but if they fix the problem with the cash register, because this place is always packed so over time that they accelerate the dinge along and rent more people, its a 3 out of 5 stars from me.
