the procedure for producing the completely natural cheese, which is shown especially for the against, sheep, goats and cows. we were too early for the nebbiole soak who waits for the harvest. on the tour followed a sturdy tasting of all cheeses, salami and local wine. an essential lunch. went home with a great selection charming host. a good visit View all feedback.
Tasting menu at €25, all excellent. Children's high chair ok. Spectacular cheeses, house wine as well.

Do you know the reason for the name Penta3? Because this farm is run by 3 splendid and tireless women! A grandmother and 2 grandchildren who carry on a culture, a knowledge: “Murazzano, a sheep's cheese with a strong and enveloping flavour.” It is located just outside Murazzano... in the splendid setting of the upper Langa. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enchanting place and the friendliness of times gone by... as well as countless gastronomic and non-gastronomic products... Ps: grandma's Russian salad and hunters are the bomb
Ottimo cibo e prezzo decisamente economico (20 € vedesi foto del menu. Location con 'belvedere ' e un ampio parcheggio.
