Every time I come to this wingstop the old lady with the colored hair is super nice even though I always come come around closing time, she even repeated the whole order before handling me the food. I really appreciate her work and customer service.
Great overall experience! We had an incident where our DoorDash driver never delivered our food, so I called up to the restaurant and spoke with Eli. He was so helpful, and remade our order for me to go and pick up!I really appreciate the great customer service and the food was delicious!
Gave it a three because this place is more of a pick up spot instead of a dine in location. Limited seating and it’s a bit small. Feels weird eating while there’s a bunch of people standing around waiting for orders. Still the same great wings though.
I ordered large fries with my delivery order and they gave me small fries with half the basket full and conveniently they aren’t answering the phone I’m guessing their reading and comprehension skills aren’t the best.
Took my order 1hr before.made me wait, Didn 't have it! Made me enter it again as walk-in. Said 15min, but ended being another 40min. Lousy service.
