The ladies working tonight were polite, provided quick service, and professional. My family ordered multiple sandwiches and all were made perfectly. They had smiles on their faces and it was truly an enjoyable experience because of the amazing staff. This was my first time in this particular store(carrollton) and I will definitely be going back! What Nick wright doesn't like about Subway:
Just ordered a tuna wrap on 4/18/24 around 5pm online was informed id have to get my own sides because apparently they were to busy to put it in the bag got home to eat and they put it on flat bread and my other sandwich was supposed to be toasted and they didn't even bother toasting it nor did they add my black olives or bell peppers. Evening service is going downhill so definitely won't be going back again View all feedback.
Very good food and service. Their app needs work. Parking: Very s mall and inconvenient.
Lady help me carry myself out to my truck that was really nice of her.Even though i was calling Oinions Black Oinions?But i met to sayBlack Olives instead ?And i will order there again.

The two young people working were doing the best they could. Despite the grumpy lady who rattled off two lists of 5-6 toppings on each of the two sandwiches she ordered. Who proceeded to then berate them because her chicken was not warm, but she did not want it toasted. She never gave them a smile and only muttered a half- s thank you. Great Job to the two employees.
