Shane's Rib Shack - Carrollton

Give 3 stars due to the staff! The food was amazing as always, but the hearing of the staff repeated from the kitchen was very loud so unpleasant. I don't want to go back. My family always enjoyed coming to Shane tonight. I'm so disappointed!

Usually it's a good place, but the last visit was terrible. We had to wait very long for our food because the computer system was crazy. The people in the kitchen didn't even know they had several orders and were behind

First and last visit for me. He brought my son to Carrollton. Two Burgers and Pommes ordered. We wanted to eat, but after 40 minutes we wait. Everything was cold and ended with two cheeseburgers. I had ordered 1 children of Cheeseburger and a whole American burger. Very disappointed

Every couple of months I'm going back to see if he came back as well as before. NOPE! Uncooked burgers and microwave chickens. Fries were good, okra was so hot that it was not naturally cooked. I wish I could make a good assessment, but I can't. Avoid this place is my proposal.

We usually call in an order to go or eat in the dining room, but tonight I tried their app for the first time. It was so easy to use. It said my order would be ready in 15 min (this is at 5:30pm). I walked in right on time and it was ready to go. The cashier was very friendly and smiling and it was a great experience. Took off one star because the chicken fingers seem to have shrunk a bit since last time and were a little dry. Everything else was perfect.
