Pizzarella - Carrollton

Use the front door. Don’t use the side door or risk being ignored by the guy at the counter. I could see my reflection, so I know I was really there. Maybe they thought I was Uber Eats or Doordash but I was there to pickup my phone-in order. Got home and the Ingredients were not correct. Very strange customer care. Might try them again if I’m really desperate.

I called to place to order and Andreas, I believe, was completely rude over the phone. He asked me to hold and before I could reply, he throws me on hold. Then once he returns, I started to place my order. I asked if they had bread sticks or cheese sticks and his reply was “well what do you want”. I asked to cancel my order at this point and all I got was “okay” and hung up on me. I wasn’t being rude nor was I being difficult which is why I was confused. I don’t think this should be acceptable.

The pizza was very hot. it was also very good. the pizza was delivered on time. the hired person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. the delivery driver was very friendly and polite. I will order here in the near future. I have two suggestions, is that offer a tracking service to track their order online, and offer a guest login, for customers who forget their password.

Meat lasagna was so fresh I couldn't stop eating. also from scratch. a part of lasagna feeds 2 in our house. I also like to have it with a selection of by-alatia, house or caesar. thanks, pizzarella! That was really nice.
