First timer in Firehouse subs .. As soon i walked in the employees were greeting me with hellos and welcoming me to FHS...I order the steak cheese sub with a bowl of FHS chile every thing was perfect down to last bite which i need sum more right now omg u guys r so good...can't wait to go bk the food is Awesome ...

I've been a Firehouse Subs evangelist since I first discovered them more than a decade ago. This Carrollton location is one of the best run I've ever visited. Been there 3 times in the last 30 days since moving to Carrollton. Have yet to be disappointed and I doubt it's happening anytime soon as I notice the 4.7 rating they have here. I'd go just for the food but it's a sweet bonus when you go for the service too. Psst... okay Manager.... 5 star review 50% off sub!!! LOL just kidding.... or am I?

Does not expect so much courtesy in a fast food restaurant zclean friendly and above all they welcome me back and feel angry like family? we wish we had more people who appreciated us so!!!!!! And we know the owner we know where he comes from.

Great tasting! Only the problem with this place is the help. Young blonde girl was behind the counter eating a sandwich and then licking her fingers handling orders. Another guy behind the counter did the same. Had an online order, they gave me the wrong sandwich and the chili was at best warm. The sandwich was still great and the chili was good after I heated it at home. Very immature workers I am sure what the problem is. It's gonna be different and see how it's going again.
