If you want fresh handmade Chinese food then this is the place. It is NOT the typical Chinese food from a can like the others serve. The hot and sour soup is made fresh. The house fried rice is excellent. The beef is high quality and tender. I drive 30 min to get there. I will not eat any other Chinese as long as Cathy stays open. View all feedback.
The best Chinese Food I have ever eaten. Not only are the dishes superb the restaurant is squeaky clean. I give her 10 stars.

I really like Cathy’s Asian Fusion Restaurant!! Her vegetable egg rolls are amazing and she was willing/able to substitute tofu for the chicken or beef in the recipes. She runs around doing everything by herself.... I think everyone should come support her!!
Ms Cathy is a great cook and has awesome food. Yes she can be a bit rough but she usually has to run the restaurant by herself. It's a great place I'd wish more people would visit her and help her get some employees and more customers.
Christian and I ate at Cathy's today for the first time ever .... Wow I'm impressed by this adorable woman and here excellent skills in Asian cuisine... Highly recommended 5 stars all the way... Coming back with friends and family...
