Burger Wing City - Carrollton

I’ve dined here twice and both times I ordered the wings. They are absolutely delicious! The fries and salad are also quite good. I really enjoy eating here, although I don't go to Carrollton often.

1) They achieve a fantastic crust on their hamburgers, which significantly enhances the flavor. 2) They pay close attention to the temperature when they prepare their onion rings, ensuring that the batter adheres well to the rings. Overall, it’s a delightful dining experience!

We were excited to try this restaurant after hearing so many positive reviews. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the food. We ordered wings and a burger. The wings were just okay, but the burger was quite disappointing—it lacked flavor, and I ended up with a terrible stomach ache. We were really hoping to find a great spot, but perhaps we just picked an off day for them.

Eating was good, but the customer service wasn't so good. we ordered milkshakes for our children and did not get them until we were ready to go when we asked about them, the cash was rude and said I still do them. I informed them that we had finished eating and that we were an hour back then. when we finally got them, they were melted in a ground egg.

Here are the pro's and cons. Pro's, the food was very good. The French Fries were good as well. Pro, the restaurant was very clean and very large dining room, and the staff was excellent. The cashier repeated my order over the phone. Con's, they didn't have any shakes or chilli cheese fries. No biggie. I will definitely order another takeout again
