What Chateau Jones doesn't like about Bubba-n-frank's Carrollton:
Ribs were smothered in sauce and tasted baked in an oven instead of smoked on a pit. The mac cheese was horrible. The noodles were mushy and covered in a cheese sauce. The collard greens were ok and the hush puppies had no flavor. The banana pudding had only 1 cookie and smothered in whip cream. This place use to have great food years ago but now it's not good and certainly not worth 22.00 a plate. The food quality h... View all feedback. Good barbecue entrees and sides, friendly service. Definitely worth a stop when traveling thru Carrollton.
