What Robert Maynard doesn't like about Papa Joe's Mexican:
Food was good. Menu was difficult to understand. No pictures. If you are not familiar with Mexican food, you just have to guess. Atmosphere was cold and bland. Our server went out of her way to dis the other Mexican restaurant in town. Seemed strange that a true Mexican restaurant wouldn 't have latino servers.
