all very good, from appetizer to dessert. genuine food and pleasant environment. kind staff, particularly barbaric, infatiable and always smiling. They discriminate tourists over here. They charged us double for the food we ordered, they said we interpreted the price on the menu 'wrong '. When we made a remark about that the Italian couple next to us ordered the same but paid the right price, half of what they billed us, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Passano gli anni ma La Cantina di Barbara rimane un punto fermo per chi si trova a percorrere il passo del Bracco , Ottima la cucina con piatti genuini tradizionali liguri come ottima è l accoglienza da parte dello staff, qualità prezzo eccellenti.
Vogliacdibun posto tranquillo..eccolo! Ottima cucina, peccato le porzioni superabbondanti! Sotto un fresco pergolato fuori 32° un servizio gentile, un asado buonissimo, si tagliava con la forchetta, insalata russa casalinga e saporita e..da tornare! Giorgia

Do you want an experience of food and service and ambiance that you’ll remember forever? Barbara is an amazing hostess. She makes you feel right at home! And it doesn’t hurt that the view is to die for! My daughter and I had the appetizer … so delicious with some type of deep-fried onion delight, una tortina di zucca (pumpkin and the most delicious salume (prosciutto crudo, salame and coppo … wow! with a side of freshly baked bread. The ravioli a ragù (ravioli with a red meat sauce was so amazing, with freshly-homemade pasta. So, so good! And that was not the topper! The slices of steak (tagliata di manzo were worth the wait! They came with tasty oven fried potatoes. It was all so incredibly good! We finished off with a caffè (espresso but I can only imagine that the deserts (dolci are just as stupendous as everything else! Thank you Barbara!!
The food was very good for authentic regional dishes and reasonably priced. Problem they served a dish we had not ordered, even though we had a fluent Italian speaker with us. We did not realize that we had not ordered it until we got the bill. The one item constituted 40% of our bill. When we inquired about it they assured us we had ordered it and would NOT accommodate us in any way. We felt very taken advantage of. So left no tip and did not return the next night. On a separate action :When we asked to split the bill evenly between the three couples in our group they refused and said the only option was to pay in full with a cc. Some better solution could/should have been attempted . Overall it came off very poorly. I would not patronize this resteraunt.
