Tra Monti E Mare - LA SPEZIA

Just down the road from the Hostel we were staying at. Food was lovely and hot and very tasty. One of the best pizza I have had. We had a starter of bruschetta which we really probably could have done without as we were full up after eating it all. I had the Diavola special looks burnt in the photo but that is the olive pesto. The other two pizza were Biassa and Cotte e funghi. Topped off with a great view from the outside and sunny view.

I was here with my brother and my 3 kids. It was a very hot day in La Spezia so we decided to go out for dinner somewhere nice and breezy and it was great. Its 5min drive from La Spezia Center if you go from Pegazzano neighbourhood. If you decide to enjoy a view you should do Litoranea road (towards Cinque Terre) Its a 10min drive. We ordered pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Some of the best pizza i had here in Italy. (I had Speck and mascarpone). We also have a famous foccacia alla Nutella and it was just the best. The atmosphere was nice and a two waitress were nice and polite and very friendly. We definitely will come back soon.

The restaurant is more of an bistro but the pizza(and Foccacia) is perfect. Coperto is 1€ per person, many people from the village are taking to go. Good variety, very good crisp and friendly staff. The service is fast. Opening hours are till 22:00 and pizzeria is in the evening good full. recommended. You can eat for 7€.

Pizzeria facile da raggiungere, in luogo tranquillo e poco affollato, é situata nel borgo di Biassa, a 2 passi dalla strada principale. Dotato anche di ampia area esterna dove d'estate si può godere di clima fresco e vista sul golfo. La pizza é molto buona, preparata con ingredienti di qualità, anche la farinata é saporita e leggera. Lo consiglio sia per il rapporto qualità prezzo che per la cortesia dei titolari. Il servizio inoltre é molto rapido.

Inattesa scoperta! In una piccola frazione di La Spezia, Biassa , dove generalmente là ristorazione è concentrate sulle specialità locali, una pizzeria che rende onore alla tradizione napoletana. Pizza dall’impasto leggero e fragrante , sapientemente lasciato lievitare, leggermente e piacevolmente ruvido quello delle “pizze speciali”cottura perfetta . Abbiamo preso come antipasto la farinata, sottile e fu almeno poco untuosa, poi le pizze. La mia scelta è stata quella con pomodorino giallo e fiordi latte, un omaggio alla tradizione della costiera amalfitana ma anche tutte le altre che ho assaggiato rubando “uno spicchio”agli altri commensali, erano ottime. Ci torneremo sicuramente. L’accoglienza gentile e premurosa, attesa minima sebbene il locale fosse pieno. Insolita là proposta a fine pasto del liquore al peperoncino… adatto a chi ama note più che piccanti Consigliati i tavoli in veranda per il piacevole panorama “tra monti e mare”. Presto una nuova apertura, ci è stata annunciata, a La Spezia! Locale che consiglio senza dubbio.
