Stay away!!! ordered food to be delivered at 11.30pm, food arrived 10.15pm. Told delivery driver to ring when outside and not call in, he called in..rang shop to complain and put on hold, still waiting to complain 30min later on hold, then hung up on . What a hole, staff incompetent, do not give them your money, they deserve to close down. Manager tried to argue with me they don't have an 11.30 delivery as they close at 11 but on line has that delivery available, have the receipt to prove. Manager hung up on me during complaint when she realised she was in the wrong, instead of apologising. Wasn't even offered a refund or discount on next order. AVOID this HOLE. Food mediocre at best and staff are clueless

After 3 attempts to give Lennox a chance to win my loyalty back(my family used to be a regular customers there),I won't be returning anytime soon.Food is cold(5 min after it was prepared),chips are just not good.Got kebab,taco fries and chips didn't enjoy one bit of it.
