Lennox Chipper - Carrigaline

Ever since the new owners took over, the food at this restaurant has been excellent. The takeaway is clean and the staff are very professional. One of the cooks used to run The Magic Chef in Carrigaline and knows how to run a chipper efficiently, which is a great addition. I thoroughly enjoyed my breast in a bun, the chips were delicious, and I highly recommend the sausage in batter. Orders are served quickly, even during busy times. It's fantastic to see that locally sourced products are used, and it really shows in the quality of the food.

This place keeps getting better and better. One of the best cheese and onion pies in the county. They recently switched to fresh burger meats sourcing from a popular cork butchers. They are now proudly supporting local potato farmers and no longer importing chipping potatoes from outside of ireland(like majority of fast food places do ..fact! It’s consistent, fresh, super tasty and staff are just fab. My top dishes are: Taco fries Breast in a bun Half pounder Cheese and onion pie Chicken creole

This restaurant offers high-quality food at high prices. It is not your typical fast food spot. Since being taken over by a new owner in the summer of 2020, the quality has greatly improved. The chips are perfect in length, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. The portions are generous and the toppings, such as taco, garlic, and cheese, are plentiful. The fish is fresh from Kinsale/Ballycotton and the batter is tasty. The fish bites are a must-try, and the homemade tartare sauce is incredible. The taco fries are the best in Cork, with homemade meat sauce and loaded toppings. The homemade chicken goujons and gravy are delicious and rival larger chains. The Wagyu beef burger is made with fresh meat and delicious toppings. The staff is friendly, efficient, and the restaurant is clean. It is important to support local businesses by ordering directly rather than through third-party apps. Overall, this place has improved greatly under the new owner. I highly recommend giving it a try.

The chippie in Carrigaline is officially back to being the best. The new ownership knows what they're doing with delicious food and great service. The previous owners were clueless, but now the chippie is on the right track. Keep up the good work!

Terrible food and Terrible service. Ordered food. We waited 2and half an hours for the worse food i have ever tasted. Found chicken sinuse in the burger. Chips were cold and hard. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away
